Job Description

ADI’s Security, Software and Processors business group is seeking an Executive Business Manager to support our Artificial Intelligence microcontrollers in Wilmington, MA, USA. These new products are disrupting the idea of edge AI. 100x faster and 100x lower energy than other microcontroller solutions in making vision and audio inferences, our parts enable important AI inferences to be made in edge devices. Machine vision and machine hearing are now possible on a battery. ADI holds a significant technology advantage in this area, but it is a new market where we need to better understand use cases and create an ecosystem of internal support and external partners to help our customers build powerful solutions. The Executive Business Manager will own the strategy for our AI microcontrollers, working closely with the product development, marketing, and applications support teams as well as external partners.

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

• Grow revenue and profit with our AI microcontrollers
• Drive go-to-market strategies for the product line
• Develop strong relationships with ecosystem partners to make sure ADI’s solution is the leading-edge AI solution
• Manage the design-in process and drive revenue realization
• Help drive the product roadmap for the next generation of products
• Justify and get funding for the development of new products
• Travel globally to meet with customers and partners 

Minimum Qualifications:

• BSEE with 5+ years of experience in technical marketing or product line management in the semiconductor or AI space. Exposure to AI technology from a marketing/business perspective preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives, customers, and engineers.
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Collaborative and a team player since the candidate will need to work with other teams in the organization to provide timely, system-level solutions to our customers. 
• Track record of strategic decision making in a business environment
