YOUR MISSION
Position Summary & Objectives
- Able to analyze data independently and draw out salient insights
- Should be able write flawless codes and setup process independently without guidance
- Able to define workflow and timelines for oneself and Associates on a daily or periodic basis, contingent on the requirements of the project
- Comfortable with statistical procedures, such as basic distributions, regressions, logistic models
- Experience with advanced statistics and Machine Learning algorithms
- Lead and contribute hands-on in multiple cross-functional projects, at any given time, using advanced analytics practices to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
- Recruit, train, develop and supervise a team of Analysts and Data Scientists
- Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business develop plans for the same
YOUR TALENT
Qualifications and Functional Competencies
- 5-7 years of experience in Analytics preferably in Retail, Ecom or digital marketing domain
- ~3 years of team management and stakeholder management
- Substantial hands-on experience with data handling
- Capable of managing large volumes of data, extract, clean and comprehend
- Technical Capabilities:
- SQL
- Excel
- Statistical Packages – R and/or Python for Data manipulation, automation and machine learning
- Tableau/Power BI Dashboarding
- Azure knowledge is an added advantage
