Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Gather reporting requirements from end users and collaborate with business units to prioritize data needs
• Develop dashboards, create reports and monitor key metrics results
• Extend knowledge of Business Intelligence to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations
• Dive deep into all aspects of the business to understand the issues at hand and work closely with deta engineer to tie back the issues to data engineering solutions
• Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related fields
• Excellent communication skills with strong business intuition and ability to understand complex business systems; versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
• Active communication/ eager to learn

Skills & Experiences:

• Required SQL, Python(Dataframe) skills for acquiring and transforming data
• Experience using data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience/Interest in the marketing, content marketing and financial domain is a plus
• Self-starter and strong team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking with ability to disaggreagete issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Good communication skill & ability to build strong relationships with various working partners
• Ability to prioritise work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Experience in data analysis is a plus
• Experience in financial services or wealth management sectors is a plus
