CVX builds Denmark's leading venture capital investor. We invest in carefully selected growth companies in collaboration with our more than 450 active angel investors, and we have helped more than 100 companies to grow by providing them with capital, knowledge and networks.

Your areas of responsibility

You will be the key player in our investments, which means that you:

• Identifies the best investments and board cases
• Dives into growth companies to assess investment opportunities
• Presents the best investment cases to our investment committee
• Negotiates offers and ensures that investors invest
• Builds and maintains good relationships with first-class partners and C-suite customers
• Continuously improving our framework for working with cases and partners

What we expect from you

You have an unrivaled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You have enormous drive and a desire to be the very best at what you do. You take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and conscientious. In addition, you are humble and you share our passion for building new companies. In addition, we expect you to:

• Have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
• Has an EU work permit
• Is fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Is an excellent communicator 
• Has an understanding of and is interested in what sets the stage for a growth company, venture capital and corporate finance
• Has a structured and process-oriented approach to solving problems
• Is willing to work through, is humble and is eager to learn
