SeatGeek is adding a manager to the Product Analytics team. This person will be responsible for hiring, growing and developing a team of product analysts who have some of the deepest knowledge of SeatGeek’s product and underlying data.
Product analysts at SeatGeek mine product data to learn about user behavior, identify and track the right growth levers, and surface opportunities to improve the user experience. This manager will support analysts working on our core shopping experience, and collaborate with cross-functional product development leads to uplevel not just the product, but the entire organization working on it.
The ideal candidate has overseen measurement and goaling for a successful, highly iterative product development organization, and has a track record of successfully managing teams by balancing the pursuit of curiosity with ensuring a positive ROI on the time spent on work. In a fast-moving organization, this person will be able to see through the noise (literally and figuratively) to keep team members in product management, engineering, design, and user research focused on the right numbers and how they affect product strategy.
