What You’ll Do

• A Data Engineer will be responsible for at-scale infrastructure design, build, and deployment, focusing on distributed systems. 
• Build and maintain architecture patterns for data processing, workflow definitions, and system-to-system integrations using BigData and Cloud technologies. 
• Evaluate and translate technical design to workable technical solutions/code and technical specifications at par with industry standards.

What You Know

• 10+ years of skills in a Data Engineer role
• Advanced knowledge of Google Cloud Platform components including but not limited to Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Google Sheets, DBT, Airflow/Composer, and Dataproc.
• Advanced knowledge in high-level programming languages like Python and JavaScript
• Expert SQL and data transformation knowledge.
• Knowledge of data visualizations tools like Google Data Studio, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and skills in working with large data sets
• Solid knowledge of ETL, ELT, reporting and analytics tools and environments
• Docker/Kubernetes container experience.
