You will be joining a top talent team that challenges conventional thinking and always looking for better/faster ways to solve an existing problem.As a Product Manager, you will be the person setting the product vision, responsible for the product backlog, and working closely with the Business, Data, and Engineering teams.

Here’s what your day to day looks like:

• Apply solid analytical ability to understand business needs and translate them into algorithmic processes and operational requirements.
• Define product vision & roadmap based on OKRs and drive the delivery of this roadmap together with tech and business teams.
• Own features and experiments end-to-end; driving cross-functional execution, and working with Data and Engineering teams to assess trade-offs and feasibility.
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities
• Run grooming sessions with the development team to clear out any questions from the team & ensure the Development Team understands the requirements and objectives of the items in the Product Backlog
• Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness by researching, analyzing internal and/or external industry trends, markets, and other operational benchmarks
• Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Develop metrics, collect data, analyze data to identify root causes, measure performance against algorithmic business requirements.
• Conduct periodic process reviews to ensure process maturity and the latest updates.
• Research, document processes, identify issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, and simulations to define a problem when the problem is not clear.

  Requirements

• BS / MS in Computer / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, past experience in data-oriented products
• You know the ins and outs of development, design, agile framework, software development, scrum approach, and IT infrastructure
• Be an expert at prioritization — help balance your roadmap with tech foundational efforts and bugs
• Strong customer-centric communication skills. Ability to communicate efficiently both strategic vision and specific details to various stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual project members. Displays ‘grace under pressure’ ethic at all times, with both customers and peers
• Run qualitative or quantitative research and analyze relevant data to define a problem when the problem is not clear
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities
• A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset and empathy
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
• Partnering with technical teams by bringing clear requirements to engineers and fully engaging in technical discussions
• Experience in consumer-focused e-commerce or marketplace applications.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Fluency in English is a must
