Job Description

As a Senior Software Program Manager, you will lead software projects to build reliable, robust, and scalable AI solutions for the most challenging and fundamental problems the industry faces. You will support Gauss Labs' mission to be the world's most trusted industrial AI innovator. If you are the ideal candidate, you must possess strong project management skills in software development with years of experience as a software developer. The candidate should lead the team to launch marketable software products and services to meet customers' business and technical requirements. To overcome business and technical challenges, you have to plan the AI software development project strategically and manage the team to deliver outstanding performance. You will be required to communicate with various stakeholders at global sites, including Gauss Labs' executives and customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Define and design software functionalities to meet customers' business requirements.
• Manage software development projects to create Gauss Labs' industrial AI software products.
• Plan a project with cost estimation, essential tasks, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage project members from multifunctional teams to deliver the project's goal.
• Communicate with various stakeholders and customers at global sites.
• Write technical documents for regular project reviews and business meetings.
• Define business requirements to create software specifications and architecture.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• +4 years of experience as a software developer and technical lead
• +3 years of experience in software project management
• Expertise in software development tools such as Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in software architecture, database, ML DevOps, SaaS, cloud, and machine learning frameworks
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills in both Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computer science or related field
• +10 years of experience as a software developer, project manager, software architect, and technical lead
• Expertise in software product management and software product releases
• Experience in managing international teams, including outsourcing companies
• Experience in B2B software development in the field of manufacturing and machine learning is a strong plus
