Job Description

As a Data Science Manager focusing on supporting Canada distribution in Insights and Analytics, you’ll manage a team of professionals that deliver data analysis and business intelligence solutions focused on data for Canada distribution decision support to enable business operations, insights, and advanced analysis. This work helps enable distribution decisions and quantitative analytics. Your key stakeholders and partners will include Canada sales, marketing, product, capital market, operations, and technology teams. You will leverage your expertise to lead data analysis as well as enable data products that align to clearly defined business outcomes. To be considered for this role, your experience includes leading technical/data teams, data analysis expertise as well as financial services domain knowledge.

You will leverage partnerships with senior business leaders to develop and promote data strategies. You will lead a team that uses tools like SQL, Tableau (or other visualization tools) and Python. You’ll be a key contributor to North America Distribution taking the lead to resolve data gaps. To thrive in this role, you have broad knowledge of Mutual fund and Canada distribution which includes wholesaling and marketing to Broker, Dealer, RIA, and discount firms, and key industry platforms.
