Job Description

I am the person Capital Group is looking for.

• 2+ years of relevant experience (ideally with financial services firms in Canada) with the ability to motivate, inspire and achieve goals.
• Demonstrated experience delivering actionable insight for business.
• Excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to find creative solutions for challenges regarding campaigns and communication of results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, digital marketing tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, other DMPs, etc) and channels.
• Advanced SQL writing skills required.
• Familiarity with Media Mix Modeling and Multi-Channel Attribution modeling and optimization framework
• Experience in dash boarding tools (e.g. Tableau) and advanced experience in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• BA/BSc degree in Business / Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science / Analytics / Econometrics required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Performed data manipulation and analytics, while working with business functions and more senior members of the team to identify and to respond to business problems
• Have experience using analytical models to solve structured and unstructured business problems.
• Have experience interpreting analyses and presents findings to team leadership and business partners
• Communicated trends, metrics and actionable recommendations in verbal briefs, dashboards and reports to a wide-ranging business audience.
• Have knowledge of 3 or more of the following : SQL; R or Python; Qlikview, D3, Splunk, Spark, Cloudera Hadoop Distribution, Kafka, Scala, and/or Tableau a plus
