Job Description

Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement. Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining cloud based microservices in an Azure platform. Specific responsibilities include: requirements gathering, designing, implementation and unit/integration automation test scripts.

Specific Knowledge/Skills

• Proficiency and Professional Experience in C#, WPF, C++, XML, XSL, .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with Tableau / Power BI or other interactive data visualization software products
• Professional Experience in building REST APIs for use in backend services.
• Experience/knowledge base in Software Development Process and Configuration Management.
• Experience in creating automated REST API tests.
• Must have good trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, with peers, and with members of other organizations across the globe
• A basic working knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience in Python is a plus.
• Professional Experience in developing RDBMS Database applications is a plus
• Experience in Web application (HTML5) and hand held device application is a plus
• Experience/knowledge base in Agile process using JIRA is a plus
• Some combination of professional experience with: C#, WPF, C++, XML, XSL, ASP.NET Core, MVC framework and Microsoft Visual Studio/TFS/Azure DevOps

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree + 10 years experience or a Master's Degree + 6 years of experience
