Job Description

We are looking for an expert in Data science and Machine learning to help us extract value from our data. You will lead all the processes from data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training models and deploying them to production.

Data Science Must have skills:

• Working with Product owners to determine and refine the objectives.
• Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
• Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world
• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Training models and tuning their hyperparameters. Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
• Analyzing various ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
• Good in qualitative and result interpretation

Responsibilities:

• Feature Engineering, Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Leverage complex data algorithms and numerical methods for forecasting, simulation and predictive analysis, designed to optimize key decisions and metrics such as retention, engagement and operations.
• Envisage the future analytical needs of the organization & start creating the corresponding statistical framework.
• Translate the business problem into analytical problem and give the corresponding understanding to the team
• Demonstrates problem solving and innovation
• Gather, analyze, identify and lead actionable data insights to solve real complex challenges, and build the most successful web/mobile platform for organization

Technical Skills:

• Python, R, Java or any other machine learning language
• Experience in Cloud Native technologies like Synapse, Data Factory, Data Bricks will be a plus

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least two years' experience as a machine learning engineer.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
