What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with the our Client Solutions team to perform data analyses that surface operational issues and improve them. You'll become an expert on the delivery processes for our key product offerings and the data that is associated with them. You'll use that context to generate hypotheses on how to improve our processes, and perform data analyses and experiments to validate them. You'll work closely with business leaders to implement process improvements based on the results of your work. In addition, this role will include:
The Staff Data Scientist will work collaboratively with business leaders, Product Managers, Clinical Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other members of the Flatiron's Evidence Organization.
Who You Are
You're a Staff Data Scientist with at least 3 years of work experience analyzing data and creating visualizations in business intelligence software (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Lookr, etc). You have statistical expertise and a strong ability to frame business problems in an analytic manner. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
