At Kaiser Permanente Digital (KPD), you will be joining a host of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to solve some of the most fascinating and impactful problems in machine learning, causal inference, NLP, and graph theory. The algorithms you develop will champion members need to express their intent and our goal to understand their preferences, across devices (browser or app) and modalities (search, text, voice etc.).
You will leverage search, chat, click stream data and stich it to transactional data (e.g., pharmacy orders, scheduling virtual appointments, medical adherence) to develop AI/ML models that engage and converse with our members. These models will understand their goals and expectations to enable them to make the right healthcare decision. If you speak and think machine learning, then we want to talk to you.
