Job Description

Tasks

• Managing IT Project in the field of Data Science using the agile and hybrid methodology
• Managing scope, budget, time and quality in the project
• Leading communication with team members and the customer
• Knowledge management during and after the project (lessons learned, best practices, process improvements)
• Organizing and leading meetings with the customer to present project progress and plan the next actions
• Making sure the project team is performing efficiently. Building team spirit. · Developing DS&AI CoE business within the area – searching for new opportunities
• Offers and presentations preparation
• Building and maintaining relations with customers (mostly through close cooperation during project acquisition, delivery and maintenance)
• Putting ambitious goals and developing own competencies
• Nice to have: leadership or at least involvement in technical discussions with customer and project team – advising on the architecture, building scalable, maintainable, automated and enterprise ready solutions (best practices), business value, DS/AI/ML tools and techniques

Requirements

• Min 4 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT projects (especially in Data Science/AI area)
• Proven knowledge and experience in the following fields: Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
• ML Ops, solution operationalization, DevOps
• Excellent communication, decision making and problem solving skills
• Experience in people management, customer management, project delivery
• Experience in project monitoring, controlling and reporting
• Presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1)
• Ability to work in a team and build a good atmosphere
• Ability to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure
• High ambition, motivation, and passion to achieve things that no one achieved before
• Self-driven and proactive approach
• Professional approach to work

Nice to have:

• Extensive experience in the following roles: architect (preferable ML/AI architect), delivery leader, business analyst
• Experience in PM standards implementation
• Knowledge and experience in BI, DWH, Cloud solutions etc. Azure or any other cloud platform (GCP, AWS)
• Understanding is a big plus
• Experience from consulting companies
