Job Responsibilities

• Work with areas to install IoT equipment with the area Equipment Engineer.
• Assist in setting up parameters and calibration of equipment.
• Manage project planning with the designated area
• Review daily trends and if equipment is offline.
• Set up daily and weekly meetings with all appropriate parties and base it on the needs of the customer.
• Conduct audits of the project status and drive the necessary actions to close any actions for implementation.
• Prepare and coordinate slides to present in Monthly Data Science Steering Committee Meeting and Monthly SMAI meeting.
• Send out Monthly Data Science Project Update email to key stakeholders.
• Work closely with Data Science manager and team to validate prioritization of projects as well as determine required resource allocation.
• Work with Data Science team to maintain and update Data Science SharePoint page, OSIR’s, and OneNote project page.

Communication

• Developing, communicating, and managing Area Performance Goals with personnel.
• Updating the Departments and other teams on a regular basis including key metrics and execution to plan.
• Offer strategic thinking within the context of the Senior Leadership.
• Report monthly to Area on status and progress for all alignment activity.
• Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner, with a cadence appropriate to the priority of the issue.
• Keep stakeholders and team members informed of project status, progress, and roadblocks/opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Existing Teaming Mindset
