Job Description:

• This role is in the UPS Healthcare Italia division which operates in the pharmaceutical logistics and distribution market, at the sites of Formello (Rome) and Liscate (Milan).

• Would you like to work in a team that deals with the management of business data analysis, forecast, revenues and labor costs for the Operations department of UPS Healthcare Italy?
• The Operations team is responsible for all core areas of UPS Healthcare's business, managing warehouse processes, Inventory and Customer Service & Data Management activities.
• The resource we are looking for will be responsible for providing key company functions such as site Operations Managers, the coordinators of the Customer Service and Inventory area and the Finance & Accounting department, reports relating to KPIs on volume trends, forecast analyzes on employment status. inventory and monthly balance and productivity analysis, stock detail inventory activities and other business controlling tasks of primary importance.

What activities you will carry out

• Analysis of data from different sources to define processes such as Business Plan, Forecast, Revenue and Labor Cost;
• Support to Operations Management in reading data relating to revenues and forecasts to optimize management and planning.
• Closing report for the Administration, Finance and Control department;
• Monitoring and analysis of the performance of internal and external logistics services;
• Inventory cycle count and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) count.
• Creation of reports and analyzes relating to the results of historical, budgeted, forecast and strategic planning in order to facilitate the decision-making processes of Management Operations in achieving the budget and strategic plan;

What you will need

• We are flexible, but ideally you have a degree in Economics with a specialization in Business Intelligence and Data Management;
• You have gained experience of at least 1-2 years in the management of complex data analysis activities in structured corporate realities or consulting firms;
• You have an advanced level of Excel;
• You have in-depth knowledge of software such as Microsoft PowerQuery and PowerPivot;
• In addition to this, you are a solver of complex technical problems who set challenging goals and remain focused on achieving them;
• You have a good knowledge of oral and written English to interface if necessary with European managers and stakeholders.
