Job Description

You’ll be based out of Warsaw, and part of a close-knit and agile data-science team. As a core member of this team, you will collaborate with other data scientists, software engineers, product managers, data engineers, generalist consultants, designers, agile coaches, and industry consultants to use complex data and advanced modeling to help our clients—ranging from the Global Fortune 2000 to today’s newest startups—to solve some of the world’s toughest challenges.

What You'll Do

• You will help create analytical solutions that range from developing and delivering code and models, to digging for meaningful insights in your results, and translating them into actionable plans for our clients.
• In this role, you’ll dive into complex data sets across a rich variety of industries, functions and geographies—while remaining a core member of the strategy team, injecting your analytics thinking on meaningful client projects.
• You will shape solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, maximizing programming languages (e.g., R, Python), tech platforms, and disruptive analytics methodologies (e.g., Casual Inference, Bayesian Optimization, Geospatial Analytics, Natural Language Processing) as part of our tech-agnostic firm.

As dually a data scientist and consultant, you will have the opportunity to get in-depth exposure to emerging methodologies and programming languages through hands-on client projects, e-learnings, certifications, live bootcamps and global analytics conferences. Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree; Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics or econometrics, economics, physics or any related field)
• 3+ years of professional experience in programming and solving business problems using data mining (required) or optimization techniques
• 2+ years of experience from client facing role
• In-depth expertise in machine learning and statistical learning
• Fluency in R and/or Python
• Strong knowledge of one or more data science or decision science domains (e.g. [un)]supervised learning, explainable artificial intelligence, econometrics, deep learning, Natural Language Processing, Time series forecasting, deployment, causal inference, uplift modelling, and/or optimization)
• Ability to describe analytic processes from start to finish in your area of expertise
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English, both written and verbal, Polish is advantage
• Willingness to travel
