As a Senior Data and Analytics Architect at Kellogg’s, you will facilitate the identification of our data sources, and organize within our systems. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Technical Consulting – In this role, you will partner with Business Relationship Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Engineers, Developers and Integrators to provide technical guidance and solutioning on Data and Analytics Technology Architecture enterprise components.
  • Drive Processes – Related to Kellogg’s Global Data & Analytics technology footprint, you will drive processes to assess our platform health, identify value opportunities and functional needs, evaluate industry options, and lead deployment efforts across the organization.
  • Design and Deploy – You will drive effeciencies with data architecture patterns and ecosystems including data stores (operational systems, data lakes, data warehouses, data marts, ingress patterns (API, streaming, ETL/ELT), egress patterns (analytics/decision tools, BI tools) and reusable data products such as data services, data mesh, APIs, etc.
  • Drive Continuous improvement + Continuous Delivery – and data management standards to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of the architecture in the long term. 
  • Maintain a centralized knowledge base for Data and Analytics technology components - This includes documentation, maps, data flows, technical specifications, version control, etc...to keep our knowledge.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in Data and Analytics roles
  • 1-2 years of experience as Enterprise Analytics Architect
  • Hands-on expertise in AWS Data and Analytics services
  • Demonstrated experience in full life cycle analytics development, architect, tuning and support
  • Proven experience architecting Global Business Analytics capabilities that advance large global corporations toward fact-based decision-making organizations, including Data Science and Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics, Data Management, Information Management, Data Governance, Global Platform Technical Architect and Data Engineering
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts by adjusting messaging to the audience: business partners, executives, IT peers, external stakeholders, etc.
  • Ability to reach across global regions to understand long-term Business Intelligence/Analytic business needs and synthesize into a Global Analytic Solutions Strategy and Roadmap
  • Proven documentation skills that enable complex concepts / solutions to be communicated clearly and articulately
  • Hands-on configuration skills, bringing in new technology and helping setup with help of vendors
  • Ability to estimate work effort with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues
  • Expertise in data architectures, data pipelines, real-time data processing, streaming, networking, and security
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.

  • AWS Solution architect certification
  • Extensive, demonstrated experience in the knowledge of Analytics Industry processes with large scale data volume
  • CPG Data experience (Consumer Packaged Goods)
  • Extensive, demonstrated experience in hands-on application architecture with multiple analytics platforms and software packages
  • Extensive, demonstrated experience in full life cycle analytics development, architect, tuning and support
  • Platform and Data Architect/Master Data Management Experience with large global enterprise
  • Relevant Architecture Certification
  • Project Management and Effort Estimation experience
