What this role is:
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer on the Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) Operation Research Team, you will embark on a journey to build a new ML platform and bring life to data science use cases. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment where continuous change, innovation, and experimentation are a given.
WEM innovates in domains like forecasting, scheduling, workforce resource and engagement management, performance analytics, machine learning, data science, and reporting. We are currently looking for AI/ML Engineer who have solid design and hands on experience in programming and data skills.

To be successful, you should have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in contact center and customer-service related large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve strategic and operational business outcomes. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. A successful candidate will help deploys statistical methods and machine learning to derive actionable insights, data visualizations, and models from disparate data sources, and be able to communicate those learnings to management.
