Genesys is offering you an exceptional career opportunity to join this team of global cloud experts as an Enterprise Security Solutions Architect. You will not only be the single point of contact for all security & privacy related engagements for presales organization within South Korea but will also support other global security engagements as per your availability and specializations/skills.

Role and Responsibilities

  • You will be our subject matter expert for security aspects of complex architecture design and security consulting engagements for all our solution offerings.
  • You will be leading efforts for building internal vertical, regional and regulation specific compliance assets and supporting consulting practices to better support our sales engagements.
  • You will assist in product compliance presentations, and security assessments/questionnaires for our prospects, customers, and partners.
  • You will help to maintain and update our security & compliance knowledge databases for Frequently Asked Questions.
  • Own prospect requested Security audits/assessments and collaborate will all other global & regional functions for timely completion of these requests.
  • Be able to explain our security, privacy and compliance policies, controls & processes for all solutions.
  • You will be expected to join calls/meetings, solution design workshops, and consulting engagements as a security expert with our Prospects, customers, and partners.
  • You will present and explain our security & compliance approach.
  • You will work to enable our Sales and Presales teams, and crucially also our Partners, ensuring a solid foundation of security understanding is established and they have the skills they need to be successful with their opportunities.
  • You may be called upon within your area of expertise to assist with any critical situations at a customer site if required.
  • You will own and support program management activities for compliance high touch engagements of our strategic partners, customers, and prospects
  • Support our global Compliance teams (Privacy office, Security Office, legal team) as/if required.
  • Our team DNA is innovation; every team member is also required to contribute to ongoing internal team projects which are key to our scalability and success. (For example, creation of vertical, country, or regional compliance documentation, presentations, demos, Architecture blueprints from a security standpoint, best practices etc.)

The minimum you need to succeed:

  • Professional proven experience within Cyber Security, Networking and Compliance Standards.
  • Experience Public Cloud Services such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud or Azure Cloud Services.
  • Software as a Service experience, and able to articulate your opinions on security and compliance trends.
  • Strong background in Cyber Security/Networking/Application Security, (firewalls, Oauth, SAML etc.).
  • Experience with products/solutions within a containerized environment, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with Cyber Security or Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security or similar professional experience.
  • Background within Digital Customer Experience
  • Vertical Specific security & compliance consulting experience. (Finance, Govt/Public Sector, Healthcare etc.)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js
  • Familiarity with Google CCAI, Artificial Intelligence, NLP/NLU, Machine Learning
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Be a team player; be adaptable, able to multi-task and be ready to travel.
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance and be detail oriented.
  • Flexible and adaptable to all work environments.
  • Work in-line with team and company standards.
  • Goal oriented and have the self-discipline to complete all work tasks on-time.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Fluency in the English written, and oral is a must requirement.
  • Ability to work at a computer terminal 90% of the typical workday.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Designing Secure distributed Architectures
  • Experience auditing or program managing or consulting or supporting PCI, ISO 27001, SOC, and other compliance initiatives.
  • Prior Genesys products hands-on Experience
