Our team is responsible for measuring, monitoring and understanding customer loyalty. We lean heavily on survey research to do this at present, but are also looking to expand/enhance our research products by leveraging new data sources and methods.
You'll have the opportunity to own projects end-to-end, work with partner teams (and data) from across Amazon, and be part of a growing science function within a strong existing team.
We are particularly looking for candidates with experience in some combination of survey research/methodology, econometrics (e.g, causal inference), and NLP. However, we’re open to candidates with more general machine learning skill-sets who are willing to learn.
Finally, we're looking for candidates with some professional data science experience. This is not an entry-level position. Minimum 1-2 years in a data science or data science adjacent role.
