The Distribution Analytics team is focused on distribution strategy and optimization for both T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile brands. Driving insights into action and action into value is a key value of the team. Specific areas of focus include sales substitution analysis, synergies modeling and forecasting, and developing long term distribution footprint plans including numbers and locations of retail stores. Additional areas of focus include cross-brand impacts to distribution, digital channel impacts to distribution, store operations insights, etc.
The Business Analysis Manager role will be responsible for measuring and modeling distribution impacts across Consumer Markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of data science practices and applications. A knowledge of financial modeling and strategy best practices and the ability to create executive level presentations also desired. The Business Analysis Manager Role will partner with teams within Consumer Markets and with other organizations across the company to algin on key strategies and forward-looking assumptions that are integral to the team’s decision analysis. Additionally, this role is tasked with combining market intelligence, forward looking insights, and data science modeling to reach optimal decision guidance.
