The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. Your responsibilities would include the following:

  • Managing large enterprise and high-risk projects in alignment with the strategy and goals of the organization
  • Responsible for the overall performance of infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Weekly program reviews
  • Issue tracking and escalations
  • Managing stakeholders and communicating projects’ issues and decisions
  • Creating and managing projects goals, milestones, and commitments
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of projects status throughout their life cycle
  • Managing project team’s deliverables and collaborations with other organization
  • Developing evaluation method and metrics to assess projects risks and areas for improvement
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
  • Participating in or leading PMO activities such as resource alignment, process improvements, and project prioritization
  • Strong program management (PM) experience in cross-organization scenarios that bridge gaps to uncover patterns.
  • Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Platforms/ Data Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical related field.
  • Demonstrated skills in process enhancements
  • Experience in project management
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience in Python, R, SQL, MS Power BI/Tableau.
  • Experience with data, data architecture, modeling, trends analysis, statistics, and program evaluations.
  • Experience with data analysis using various scripting languages, tools, and/or platforms.
  • Experience ensuring high data quality.
