Job Description

• Leads and manages workstreams and ensures work is coordinated across different workstreams, processes, or projects. 
• Creates and validates the detailed design of solution components in accordance with the target solution within environments of medium size and complexity
• Lead small to medium project general design and delivery (solution architecture and associated infrastructure or business and functional requirements). Design, develop, adapt, and maintain data warehouse architecture and relational databases
• Completes defined work streams on time, on budget and with expected quality level within the scope of the role. Be able to lead a team, play arch or tech lead role in the project.
• Prepares well written, logical, concise material without guidance
• Support deal teams by providing subject knowledge and solutions for client proposals
• Highly regarded individual who proactivity builds trust with clients at multiple levels, sought out for follow on work
• Identifies new or extend current opportunities at the account level and contribute to upsell.
• Presents well to audiences of all sizes and challenges client assumptions constructively
• Supports more junior colleagues - including offshore capability - on work efforts, with checking of work. 
• Makes internal contributions to practice
• Travel as required. 

About you:

• Experiences presales solution arch, or experiences in running large deals and RFP/RFI independently from a technology perspective is good advantage
• Demonstrated experience of turning business use cases and requirements to technical solutions.
• The ability to apply such methods to solve business problems using one or more Azure Data and Analytics services in combination with building data pipelines, data streams, and system integration.
• Experience with large scale data lake concepts, data platform, or lake house for enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of Lambda and Kappa architecture patterns is a required.
• Hands on experiences on Data & AI tools such as Azure Storage, Stream Analytics, CosmosDB, SQL DW, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Catalog, and Azure Data Factory (ADF), Blob, Azure SQL, Polybase, Delta, Engineering Pipeline Design, Azure Technical Architecture and Data Lake Design
• Hands on experiences on end to end data platform build up, including ETL, DevOps CICD, Operations, Modeling, Reporting.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools and processes
• Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for technical design and construction of technical data flows.
• Experience with Git/TFS/VSTS is required.
• Mastery of Python,Java/.Net, and Excellent SQL programing is required
• Knowledge of Dev-Ops processes (including CI/CD) and Infrastructure as code fundamentals is required
• Data strategy, data governance and management, cataloguing and lineage is plus
• Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik is a plus.
• Azure IoT, Azure HDInsight + Spark, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Databricks, Azure Stream Analytics is a plus. 
• Experience preparing data for use in Azure Machine Learning and/or Azure Databricks is a plus. 
• Advanced Analytics using technologies such as Databricks and Spark is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or another relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
