Job Description
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Marketing Analytics Associate who will be part of the Global Digital Experience and Insights team. Reporting to the Manager of Data & Insights based in New York, the candidate will be responsible for measuring the ROI of ICE’s marketing campaigns and delivering actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes and effectiveness.
This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, the financial services ecosystem and a sharp analytical mind to harness value and customer insight out of large amounts of data in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining top-to-bottom of the funnel marketing reporting, KPIs and benchmarks, providing global marketing stakeholders with timely and accurate insights via dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data, identify trends, and produce meaningful metrics through regular (monthly/quarterly) full-funnel reporting in alignment with the overarching marketing strategy
- Gather and consolidate data and learnings from cross-channel data sources and dashboards available, including - Tableau, Eloqua, Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, Hootsuite, Demandbase
- Ensure standardization and consistency of metrics and insights across priority business lines and regions to help guide marketing strategies for awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Build trusted partnerships with Growth, Brand and Digital Marketing leadership and their global teams, being their trusted advisor on delivering metrics on marketing performance that help them understand past success and inform opportunities for growth in the future
- Partner with Marketing automation and other Data Analytics teams to collect reporting, data, and dashboard enrichment requirements. Provide solutions to meet business challenges and needs
- Manage any ad-hoc requests on segmentation, campaign target lists and analysis of prospect and client groups across business lines
- Continuously learn about the business, markets we serve and target customer segments
- Manage workload and prioritize multiple requests from various parts of the business
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in relevant industry and field
- Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding and passion for data-driven marketing alongside knowledge of marketing measurement techniques
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Eloqua/Pardot, Tableau, Salesforce.com preferred
- Ability to navigate large amounts of data in Excel and across CRM and BI platforms
- Knowledge of and experience working with third party market intelligence platforms and providers such as S&P CapIQ, Bloomberg preferred
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound professional judgment and ability to prioritize work under pressure and to multi-task competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, project management and organizational skills
