Job Description

They will provide data management support from data acquisition through enterprise solution development and delivery. They will participate and lead internal client meetings to understand needs contributing specialized knowledge, project status and issue resolution. They have the ability to communicate complex ideas and outputs to business owners and senior management. Candidate is well-versed in data analytics and familiar with applying analytic techniques with very large datasets to garner insight. Ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to form new perspectives and solutions to an identified problem. Specific tasks include:

• Develop and design best in class database for valuation of Residential Real Estate.
• Develop and design best in class market intelligence applications that support decision making in the residential real estate space.
• Document and support data system data quality controls and support documentation of authorized data sources (ADS)
• Interface with third party vendors with ability to identify, submit and resolve data quality issues.
• Design and build ad-hoc and automated advanced SQL data solutions
• Test new business intelligence tools and packages
• Procure new data sources, develop requirements and interface with Technology partners to implement system enhancements
• Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; ad develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualizations

Required/Desired:

• Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, business analytics or statistics preferred; and 3+ yrs experience required
• Familiarity with housing market sales transaction data, Multiple Listing Data, and housing market data
• Creating complex custom data queries and procedures in SQL
• Creating complex data models in R, or Python
• Creating complex data visualizations utilizing Tableau or equivalent BI Tools
• Data mining, cleansing skills and advanced knowledge in relational databases and unstructured datasets
• Familiarity with the Agile software development framework
• Creative and analytical thinking skills
