Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in analytics.
  • 4 years of people management experience.
  • Experience with accessing data from an enterprise data warehouse.
  • Experience with SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering).
  • Experience creating highly successful integrated marketing campaigns with creative experience, planning, and a desire to create transformative work.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for entertainment, creative culture, and visionary storytelling.

In this role you will work across internal functions like Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Data Science, Go-To-Market, and Creator Insights to massage complex data into experiments, analysis, and evaluation metrics. These results will optimize the creator funnel to enhance Creator acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. The Global Creator Marketing team focuses on making YouTube the best place for Creators by celebrating, supporting and inspiring. A core part of our job is developing and launching integrated marketing strategies that provide a 1:1 personalized experience to meet creators where they are in the YouTube lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the delivery of project work including implementing growth science solutions, building models to drive desired behaviors, developing smart segmentation, and implementing experiments that result in actionable evaluation metrics to help guide strategic decisions to scale the business.
  • Align marketing delivery and departments on a common set of standardized processes, tracking projects, and workflows from initiation to completion (e.g., requests, approvals, service level agreements, reports).
  • Collaborate with the marketing research teams to develop insights to inform business opportunities, risks, and testing framework.
  • Coach and grow a team on growth science/data science best practices.
  • Define and implement initiative opportunity sizing, tracking, measurement, and reporting to optimize the Creator funnel and drive desired behaviors.
