• Integrates disparate datasets, conducts data preparation for analyses
• Manages and mentors a team of analysts, contributing to their technical and career development
• Applies data science methods to provide insights and recommendations to clients
• Maintains knowledge of new trends in the data science industry
• Independently manages data science projects and delivery to clients
• Develops and manages code used for analytics purposes
• Communicates findings and insights
• Apply your advanced analytical skills and machine learning experience to develop and implement predictive models, behavioral analytics, and optimize models
• Constantly improve our practices and frameworks related to Data Science at scale
• Collaborate with the technology team on implementation and integration of the models into products
• Build, scale and evolve our product recommendation and Next Best Offer in Customer Data Platform
• Act as Subject Matter Expert of DS Solution, Given a business problem and requirements from business stakeholders, identify objective functions and ML algorithms that should be used
• Effectively communicate your projects to stakeholders and higher management
• Understand the trade-offs of different modeling choices and have a point of view on the trade-offs.
