Job Description

At least 9 – 12 years of experience in the industry as well as solidly collaborative interpersonals, an Advisor Data Scientist knows, appropriately selects and deftly uses the tools of the craft—data ingesting, data cleansing, feature engineering, data filtering and aggregating, statistical

estimation and hypothesis testing, machine learning and iterative development and continuous production integration and deployment—to support GWT’s Medicaid clients, by wrangling healthcare and other client data assets and then analyzing them iteratively, extensibly, and

innovatively to surface complex, impactfully actionable insights. Additionally, an Advisor Data Scientist mentors less experienced team members to develop their craft. To understand costs and benefits in defining programmatic data science for GWT’s Medicaid clients, this position

requires solid prior experience with healthcare data; and a completed course of post-graduate training in a healthcare discipline is a very strong plus.
