As an AI/ ML Product Manager, you will manage the marketing technology stack in Mindvalley and will play a vital role in stakeholder management and cross departmental alignment in Marketing, Product and Data. You are expected to lead execution centered around product growth while continually supporting and identifying gaps and loopholes in our martech stack. The ideal candidate should be multifaceted not only in mindset but also in skillset.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the Roadmap and management of AI/ML products. This department is a key component of the overall data strategy and will help to drive cultural change to put data science and analytics at the heart of the company. You will lead demand and delivery of the solutions needed to realise this vision.

AI/ML Product Manager Responsibilities (50%)

  • Plan, initiate, and manage data ML projects for web-based products and platforms
  • Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products
  • Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Understand Mindvalley’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry
  • Maximise efficiency and remain resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and define the best way forward
  • Work alongside Senior Stakeholders in the Business to define roadmaps and manage on-going demand for change
  • Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered to time, cost and quality
  • You will take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of data projects
  • Document and liaise with the project team and any third-party partners to clearly document the project requirements for stakeholder review, approval and estimates/scheduling

Insights Manager Responsibilities (50%)

  • Study and analyse performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify data trends in order to order to provide insights that can optimise marketing performance by contributing ideas to marketing
  • Analysing business and marketing channel performance to provide detailed insights and recommendations that can help the business deep dive and leverage for business growth
  • Analysing and understanding digital user behaviour across channels to report and recommend optimisation strategies
  • Determining business SWOT and goals by analysing data across systems and functional areas
  • Support the team by preparing data insight reports in ppt to shape current and future marketing strategies
  • Recommend web or marketing funnel/ channel optimisation strategies with long-term and short-term ideas

Qualifications

  • 5+ years product management or related industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field and 2+ years of experience of product management or product design experience
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
  • Working experience in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Knowledge in delivering technical presentations
  • Experience analysing complex data sets and making decisions based on data
  • Displaying leadership, organisational and execution skills
  • Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven experience in the delivery of data solutions using Agile/ project management
  • Experience in defining methods, standards, best practices and QA processes for ML solutions delivery
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management to C level
  • Lead Data science solutions’ MVPs and quick prototypes and iterates on ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to gather complete customer requirements and ensure alignment between internal customer and data science teams both within and outside of data team
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to project plans and reviews
  • Prepare and present project management documents (project charter, project plan, executive summaries, work-back schedules, action items, change management logs) as needed
