The Opportunity:

Are you a trainer who is passionate about developing differentiated instruction and delivering it in exciting ways? You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in helping people grasp new information. Bring your passion for developing and delivering a diverse group of training programs to our GEOINT team.

As a trainer on our team, you’ll help provide in-person, remote, virtual, hybrid, and asynchronous instruction for our partners through live instruction. You’ll expand your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including faculty development resources.

Be empowered to tap into your intuition and leadership skills to help develop, manage, and deliver training and create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.

You Have:?

• Experience as an instructor or trainer
• Experience in a government operating environment, including collaboration with the intelligence community (IC) or DoD
• Experience with analyzing, interpreting, or instructing GEOINT data to support U.S. military and policymaker’s interest
• Experience in one or all of the following: Python, Java, MATLAB, and R
• Knowledge of GEOINT tools, product creation, and mission support
• Knowledge of the exploitation processes, policies, and production cycles and the principles and applications of geographic information systems
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as an in-resident and distance learning instructor for a US government agency
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Geographic Information Science, Informatics and Computing, Information Science, Operations Research, or Statistics
• Course Instruction or Teaching Certification
