What You'll Do

• Manage a team of passionate engineers to take on world-changing challenges guided by our Engineering Principles – some of which have never been solved before.
• Bring leadership and principled approach to engineering to setup your team for success.
• Collaborate for impact across cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
• Contribute to product strategy & future tech roadmap with an outcomes driven mindset.
• Make hiring decisions and be involved in interviewing and mentoring of new engineers with the goal of quickly making them productive members of your team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-time experience building scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure products and platforms.
• Excellent with designing large scale systems and also capable of diving deep into low level design and coding.
• An incessant problem solver with a data driven approach.
• Solid ability to build 24*7 systems through monitoring and alerting.
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline.
• Good knowledge of Agile principles and can build quality products by adapting Agile methodology.
• Experience in distributed databases, REST APIs and design patterns.
• Knowledge of Python and frontend technologies is a plus.
• Experience with high-growth startups is a plus.
