What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible to analyze the e-Support Search and develop improvement insights.You will work with team leads in the various e-Support applications to develop and track key Search indicators, as well as bring forward ideas to drive programs in the right direction.

You will:

• Build the data science foundation for e-Support Search
• Lead end-to-end steps involved in model development and testing around Search data
• Define project use cases, scope, and act as the informal team leader
• Develops and apply a broad range of techniques and theories to deliver actionable business insights
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and other staff to provide guidance and insight on Search and optimal user experience based on data science findings

• Degree in data science and engineering, or computer science
• Experience in website Search analytics
• Experience in business process measurement and change
• Project management skill with both focused core teams and broad organizational leadership

Desirable Requirements

• SQL, PowerBI or Tableau, and Teradata is a plus

The successful candidate will have financial acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
