The practice has significant assets in terms of people, technology, partnerships, and client relationships, due to both organic growth and acquisitions such as Analytics Quotient in 2014, Mavens of London in 2020, and MeMo2 in 2021.

Kantar Analytics now encompasses more than 800 analytics specialists and data scientists, as well as access to an enormous amount of data. From purchase and media data to neuroscience and exit polls; from large scale quantitative studies to qualitative research and unstructured data sources.

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking dynamic high potential candidates with 2-3 years’ experience in analytics, data science and market research, to join this exciting and continually growing team within the area of Customer, Innovation, Segmentation and Activation Analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, support and deliver Analytics solutions by running analysis techniques on both market research survey data and other external sources (such as client CRM), including unstructured data.
  • Runs analysis smoothly and efficiently to an agreed statement of work.
  • Deliver high quality projects, right first time, on-time, with client impact.
  • Works with the wider Analytics team on the development of the Analytics offer.
  • Contribute to proposals and pitches led by Analytics Consulting Directors when needed.
  • Nurtures talent and gets the best out of people.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

  • Experience in using software packages such as SPSS, R, Excel or similar.
  • Solid numeracy and statistical analysis understanding with demonstrable analytical mind.
  • Builds strong interpersonal relationships and invites the views of others.
  • Makes a personal impact that inspires confidence and commitment from others.
  • Additional benefit: SAS, Python, SQL, VBA for Excel, dynamic linear modelling, PowerBI.
  • Additional benefit: experience in conjoint or trade off analysis, with use of Sawtooth.
