The Motional global headquarters are located at 100 Northern Avenue in Boston, MA. Nestled in the busting Seaport district with sweeping views of Boston Harbor and downtown Boston, the offices are located close to major transit lines and a quick walk to various restaurants and popular attractions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the execution of annotation forecasts, ensuring the delivery of high quality data across all annotation pipelines.
• Prioritize between data throughput, quality checks, competing deadlines, and vendor constraints to coordinate and optimize the flow of data releases.
• Communicate day-to-day assignments of the annotation quality team based on project timelines.
• Define and monitor vendor performance metrics. Own relationships with vendors to hold them accountable for efficacy and quality standards. 
• Set expectations for project timelines with partners and communicate progress towards those goals.
• Build and grow relationships with global outsourcing vendors.
• Identify product needs based on user and vendor feedback and work with Engineering teams to co-create solutions.

What We're Looking For

• BA/BS degree in technical, or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of proven experience in operations. 
• Experience with vendor operations, preferably including outsourced workforces.
• Proficiency in project management and execution in new, ambiguous, or time-constrained environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and program teams.
• Analytics and data-oriented; can create, manage, and execute on KPIs
• Strong communication and presentation skills - can explain complicated topics and ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Advanced in Excel or Google sheets
