Job Description

As an Experimentation & Analysis Lead, you'll use your combination of marketing expertise and analytical skills to analyze and optimize organic growth marketing funnels. You'll work with the Growth Strategy & Operations, Growth Data Science and Engineering, and Growth Marketing teams. Your success will hinge on your ability to analyze data and translate it to actionable insights for growth marketers, optimize existing content marketing efforts, and identify net new organic growth opportunities.

You'll be doing things like:

  • Defining content marketing and SEO metrics and dashboards.
  • Crafting rigorous measurement plans for organic growth initiatives.
  • Defining and analyzing content marketing funnels, and extracting valuable insights and communicating those findings to various audiences—from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize content marketing funnels (e.g. blog, webinar, podcast, online courses, etc.) and other organic marketing funnels. 
  • Partnering with Data Science to detect and investigate organic data trends and anomalies.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to solve complex business problems, present strategic recommendations, and identify new areas of investment. 
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team on solving complex problems using data.

Qualifications

  • Experience synthesizing data and information to go beyond what happened and communicate the why behind the numbers.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets. 
  • Experience using data analysis tools like Mode, Google Analytics, and/or Amplitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.
  • Ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders across multiple disciplines, including senior management.
  • The desire to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment and to navigate through change.
  • A strong background in organic marketing (SEO, content marketing, etc.)

It would be wonderful if you also had:

  • Experience working in SaaS or other technology companies. It’s useful to understand our industry and business model.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with an approach that defaults to action. You can drive good decisions quickly and help other teams do the same.
