Job Description

  • Leveraging data and analytics team capabilities to drive business results aligned with marketing KPI’s.
  • Coordinates the planning, development and execution of consumer analytics programs including data driven segmentation, predictive models, self-service BI, etc.
  • Defines the team's support model for marketing stakeholders to ensure sufficient support of consumer analytic needs; prioritize requests for resources as needed.
  • Defines key consumer metrics that embody the underlying drivers of the business.
  • Outlines measurement plans for comprehensive multichannel marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Leverages “test and learn” processes across marketing programs.
  • Defines and manages data acquisition, management, and governance processes.
  • Drives continuous advancements in consumer analytics capabilities.
  • Provides data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for consumer analytics.
  • Manage external service providers and procurement activities as applicable.
  • As the Data Privacy Lead, ensures operating integrity and security of the consumer database and associated tools, including data privacy and PCI requirements. 
  • Champions education, understanding, and adoption of consumer data and advanced analytics across the marketing organization.
  • Coordinates with marketing program teams to maintain unified consumer database and common set of consumer analytics models are applied.
  • Provides functional and administrative guidance to the data and analytics team.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Date Science, or relevant field with at least 3-5 years of data analytics experience 
  • 2+ years of experience with front end data extraction and visualization tools (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, SQL)
  • Leadership, supervisory experience
  • Strong analytical capability, market analysis, business acumen
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to pivot, adapt and reprioritize based on business need 
  • Quantitative analytics and structured problem solving experience
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across internal and external teams
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work remotely in a “virtual team”
  • Language: Advanced English or Bilingual

  • Elevates the role consumer data plays within marketing and builds advanced analytics capabilities across the marketing function.
