Core Advanced UX
At the Core Advanced UX team, our Researchers think big and bold, they are not afraid to take risks or make mistakes while pursuing innovation and disrupting the status quo. We aim to create a strong culture of support that enables us to leave our egos at the door so that the sum of our work can be greater than its parts.
The team is working on creating digital products including production ready cockpit models and future mobility ux, up to level 5 autonomy. We create impact by rolling out digital products across an entire mobility ecosystem, while following a cohesive data driven design philosophy.
You will collaborate across teams with product managers, product designers and engineering. Most importantly, you will be part of a high performing team that loves having fun together, solving complex problems that have a positive impact in the world, while maintaining constant growth as part of its core mentality.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
a researcher who is well-versed in using experimental design, statistical analysis and programming to shape the design and research direction for products used and loved by all.
a UX professional, with experience in conducting research at all phases of the design process, that can balance cost, time, and quality effectively.
a team player, who can educate non-researchers about the value of data-driven decision making, and that can collaborate with other researchers to create standards that promote efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Above all, someone who has a passion for people and technology, as well as an interest in helping create the safest vehicles possible.

NOTE: This internship program is intended only for those who are located in Japan with valid working visas since the program is expected to be onsite.
Start Date: You can choose to start from several start dates, August 1, August 22, or September 1, 2022
Internship Duration: 3 months
Timing: 3-5 days on weekdays
Salary: Hourly wage
*The salary will be varied depending on individual experience and skills.
Work Location: Nihonbashi (Head office), Higashifuji
*Travel/Accommodation support will be provided for those students who are outside of the Tokyo region.
