Job Description

• Responsible for architecture design and maintenance of Huawei New Generation Distributed Storage, including distributed object storage, file storage, block storage, NOSQL, etc. Ensure the architecture to meet the market demand in SDS(Software Defined Storage) scenarios, HCI scenarios and hybrid cloud scenarios, with industry-leading competitiveness
• Responsible for technical strategy and planning of distributed storage, the key technologies for the construction of competitive product recognition, build long-term competitiveness of products and advanced data service on top of storage with vertical optimization.
• In cooperation with the product and marketing strategic planning team, put forward constructive suggestions for product planning to guide the storage product to advanced data service, and be the lead of hybrid cloud data service solution provider.
• Engaged in key customers presentation, discussion, and workshop. Define the innovative architecture and solution according to the customer requirement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of storage products and solutions for the design and development experience.
• Have rich experience in system architecture and implementation theory and actual combat ability and the success of the system architecture design.
• Familiar with distributed storage technology, familiar with the mainstream distributed storage products.
• Familiar with block, or object, or file storage system design, development and maintenance.
• Familiar with the data center disaster recovery, QOS of the distributed storage.

• Have all kinds of mainstream cloud services (such as Amazon, Windows, Azure, Google etc.) and the realization of business and maintenance experience in architecture design, with unique view on cloud services market and technology evolution.
• Familiar with OpenStack, Docker container technology cloud computing platform based on Optimization solution.
• Familiar with VMware, Xen, HyperV, KVM and other mainstream virtual machine optimization.
• Have the Internet, cloud computing experience.
• Have hosted well-known distributed storage product design experience.
• Have strong problem analysis and practical problem solving ability and team spirit in the spirit of openness and tolerance."
