Your role:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as People Data Science Working Student. As part of the Global People Data & Technology team, you will contribute to establishing data & technology as THE enabler for People Solutions to drive high business impact and best-in-class employee experience. In this role you will implement data processing pipelines that transform raw data (structured and unstructured) into meaningful variables and KPIs in Python and build high-performing dashboards in Tableau that connect to various data sources.
 
Who you are:

• Student in computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, economics or similar field
• Strong programming experience, preferably in Python and strong knowledge in statistics
• Interest in analytics visualizations and dashboard building
• Excellent team player with ability to work independently as well as with global virtual teams
• Fluency in English mandatory
