We have a direct engagement model between data scientists and business stakeholders.

Duties& Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading AI innovations/tools to create values through Deep Learning, NLP, Graphs and more supporting business functions.
• Set vision, educate and evangelize use cases of advanced analytics and data science application.
• Access a deep set of application, bureau, web, and alternative data to gain insights and convert these insights into actionable strategies and tools.
• Play with end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data extraction, feature engineering, model building, performance evaluation and implementation.
• Liaise with MLOps and technology teams to build capabilities and infrastructure.
• Liaise with data team to identify opportunities in new and/or alternative data sources.
• Take ownership of a rich library of AI/ML tools and enjoy authority to continue to research efficient and effective strategies.
• Stay concurrent with the cutting edge and bleeding edge of NLP/ML/DL algorithms, methodologies in the open source community and vendor solutions.

Requirements

• You should have a Master or PhD in quantitative fields, preferably Math, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science. 
• You should have a solid foundational understanding and hands-on experience of the technical aspects of Data Science – statistics, experimental designs, AI/ML techniques, and big data query/manipulation (structured and un-structured).
• Fluency in Python, SQL, Git. Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow and Keras.
• Must have hands-on experience in NLP, recommender system, network graph, marketing mix/attribution, computational advertising, or computer vision/voice processing
• Experience with adaptive models is a plus.
• Experience with design, implementation and governance with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning Architecture is a plus
• You should have deep understanding of the business dynamics; and proactively lead/conduct exploratory data analyses and experimental designs.
• You should have strong communication and influential skills necessary to ensure high synergy and alignment with other business functions.
• You should be a team- and result-oriented, and self-driven superstar with minimal supervision, as well as open-minded and strategic thinker.
