Job Description

Product Managers at Dream11 strive to build a highly engaging, rewarding, safe, trustworthy and scalable platform. The product team conceptualizes strategy, features that would evangelize it and provides a roadmap for creating thorough, user-centric solutions in form of both Dream11’s consumer-facing products and internal cloud platform that serves the needs of all Dream Sports companies. The team comprises visionaries, risk-takers, and go-getters who are adept at analysing fast and analysing right, identifying and keeping all the variables in consideration.

Your Role:

• Owning the product roadmap and develop strategy to align with the customer needs
• Working with product, engineering, and other key stakeholders to understand and define user & business needs
• Leveraging data to identify & prioritize backlog full of AI/ML opportunities to focus on the most impactful problems
• Effectively collaborating and developing strong partnerships with a diverse set of stakeholders to launch successful AI/ML products & drive their adoption
• Defining & analyzing the right metrics to measure the success of the product
• Communicating to all the stakeholders about product plans, strategies and give timely updates to the company

Must Have:

• 2+ years of product management experience building platform products at scale
• Familiarity with Machine Learning platforms, ML algorithms, and AI techniques
• High analytical skills and understanding of data-driven ROI-based prioritisation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work closely and effectively with engineering, data science, design and other functions to ship successful products

Good to Have:

• Worked in an agile environment / on scrum methodology
• A good understanding and appreciation for user experience
• Worked on products that have seen huge scale challenges
• Played or followed multiple sports
• Played on Dream11
