Job Description

Within the Marketing Analytics team, you will be responsible for the development of statistical models and data-based, smart algorithms in order to make our online marketing increasingly personalized, taking into account data protection aspects, and to play it off to our target groups at the right moment
In particular, you will continuously develop our data-driven attribution models and be a source of inspiration and sparring partner for marketing analysts and online marketing managers
You will get to know online marketing as an exciting area with complex challenges for machine learning, use a wide range of tools to solve business-related questions and improve our online marketing with artificial intelligence and predictive analytics
In close cooperation with marketing analysts, online marketing managers, AdTechStack product owners and other data scientists, you bring your models live and continuously optimize them

Qualifications

You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business / media informatics, mathematics, data science or a comparable degree
You have several years of experience in data science and ideally you have knowledge of e-commerce or online marketing
You can fall back on a high level of expertise in Python, SQL and R and have a sound background in machine learning and predictive analytics
Your communicative instinct will help you to convey your results to the team quickly and clearly
You are a team player and an active driver of change. Your result-oriented way of working and your high level of analytical thinking round off your profile
