Job Description

With the help of data analytics, you will develop data-based solutions for central business issues in the areas of customers, marketing & sales.

• You structure and control analytical projects independently and organize our project teams with analytics experts of different levels of experience.
• You design analyzes and implement them independently or together with your project team.
• You are a solution finder for the challenges of our customers and find creative solutions outside of the standard procedure.
• You translate the results of complex analyzes into clear, concrete and actionable recommendations for action.
• You inspire our customers with appealing presentations of results tailored to the group of recipients.
• You convince our customers and show them how further data analytics projects will significantly influence their success.

• Qualifications

You should bring this with you:

You have completed your studies in business administration, (business) computer science, (business) engineering, (business) mathematics, statistics, data science or a comparable course of study.

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience or a doctorate in the area of ??data analytics, ideally in the areas of customer insights, marketing & sales.
• You also have at least 1 year of experience in leading (smaller) project teams and are used to being the driving force in projects.
• You have several years of experience in data preparation with SQL, R or Python (Stata is a plus) and use these tools for both descriptive and advanced data analysis.
• You do not analyze data as an end in itself, but use your broad methodological knowledge to answer corporate questions in a targeted manner and to lead our customers to success.
• You are highly motivated to navigate our customers through the world of data analytics and to inspire them both with your services and your style.
• You are also a real team player who is there for his colleagues and who masters all challenges together with us.
• Occasionally, you also play out your strengths at our customers' premises.
• You speak German and English at least at B2 level.
