Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist with experience in Time series analysis, correlation analysis, part recognition, machine learning, etc...

Context:

• The Smart Control Room manages the smart meter deployment operations and the smart chain in an E2E manner.
• The main customers of the Smart chain are logistics, infrastructure and the Marketplace and customers.
• It manages the day-to-day operational relationships with external suppliers and internal support services (logistics, infrastructure, IT and metering-lab).
• It is composed of a multidisciplinary team.
• It is responsible for the proper functioning and quality of the control and monitoring processes of the smart meter deployment and the Smart Chain.

Qualifications

Mission :

• To assist the smart control room (which is short of industrialised tools) in its operational mission of continuity of the smart meter communication chain;
• To produce a series of operational reports (Cross-referencing and new reports to be created by hand from data coming from different sources);
• Participate in the analysis of incidents and problems (based on data);
• Provide support for the operational reports in the PRISME landing zone (adapting reports following a request for modification, or following a change in data in the source);
• Intervene as a first filter towards the IT infra teams in case of concerns (incidents) with the PRISME landing zone.

Profile

• Understand and study the flow of data within and between systems;
• Develop and support the development of scripts and tools for data manipulation;
• Develop and manage reports;
• Investigate problems and incidents;
• Support other teams in formulating solutions.

Skills

• Proven experience in data flow analysis. (Minimum 2 years)
• Demonstrated experience in optimising and tuning data and queries. (Minimum 2 years)
• Proven experience in reporting with SSRS (Minimum 2 years)
• Proven experience in Excel and Access at an advanced level (Minimum 2 years)
• Proven experience in scripting
• Proven experience with databases (Oracle, SQL)
• Proven experience in ITIL incident and problem management (mainly)
• Language requirement: French at C2 level of the European CEFR

Must Have

• Proven experience of Access at an advanced level
• Proven experience in Excel at an advanced level
• Proven experience in data flow analysis
• Proven experience in optimising and tuning data and queries
• Demonstrated experience with databases (SQL, Oracle..)
• Proven experience in reporting with SSRS tool
• Experience in scripting is an asset
