Job Description
As a part of the Fraud Strategy Team, you will play an integral role in managing fraud risk strategies in the Fraud Policy area and perform complex risk analyses with the objective of reducing fraud related losses with emphasis on customer impact.
***Position is a Work From Home opportunity located anywhere in US***
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the definition, development and maintenance of project and system requirements, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Execute and own complex research initiatives and the analysis and resolution of technical issues, resulting from operational control breakdowns, legislative changes, or system outages.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Develop working relationships with client, third party vendors and /or ancillary service providers and other internal parties to ensure seamless delivery on specific tasks, special projects and/or participant issues.
- Ability to create dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI (or similar software)
- Participate in internal communications on standard processes and reporting.
- Troubleshoot application and data issues and direct to the appropriate contacts.
Understand and mitigate risk; escalate high risk, complex or problematic issues to Management.
- Work collaboratively and productively to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation of process flows, administrative summaries, and standard operating procedures
- Experience working and managing complex projects and work requests with consistent accuracy and completeness
- Required technical skills may include SQL,Oracle, knowledge of Data transformation & ETL processes, and familiarity with bash scripting, and advanced proficiency in MS Office related products includingExcel (Pivot tables, charts / graphs and formulas)
- 5-7 of project experience, preferably at a major financial institution preferred
- 3-5 years of control, risk, audit, or compliance experience preferred
