Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

This team is seeking a dynamic and creative Outbound Product Manager to support go-to-market (GTM) execution and drive customer adoption and growth. As an outbound-focused product manager, you'll guide and assist our customers to realize the benefits of the Oracle platform, and specifically, the Oracle Machine Learning product family. Your primary goal will be to help accelerate the adoption of machine learning across all regions through interactions with customers, partners, and internal sales and consulting groups. Help develop positioning/messaging, and lead outreach efforts to develop customer relationships. Collaborate with Oracle Cloud and Database business development, solution architects, and account managers with a focus on adoption and customer success. Engage with customers ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies to accelerate their journey to the powerful features of Oracle Machine Learning.
The successful candidate will have a background that enables exploring customer problems and challenges, drive a customer engagement from first engagement through successful deployment and customer reference. Engage with executives and LOB managers, as well as machine learning teams to solve their business problems using Oracle Machine Learning. This candidate understands customer needs and communicates value propositions relevant to customers for Oracle Machine Learning technical products. The candidate will work effectively with stakeholders in development, marketing, business development, and sales to put plans into action.
