Job Description

We are looking for individuals that are highly independent and passionate to work on advancing manufacturing with data science capabilities.

Innovative thinkers who are highly interested in explorations, pathfinding, and piloting new capabilities using Predictive Modelling, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and other data analysis techniques.

• Must have deep knowledge in machine learning algorithms, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, Bayesian analysis and others, to solve applied problems in various disciplines such as Data Analytics, Computer Vision, Robotics, IOT, etc.
• Must be able to recommend and develop advanced techniques from scratch based, perform large scale and deep experimentation to solve a variety of business problems.
• Must be Able to proof from theoretical hypotheses to a piloted solution. Assists business with inferences & observations with finding patterns and relationships in data.
• Must be able to Interacts with users to define requirements for breakthrough product/solutions. In either research environments or specific product environments, utilizes current programming methodologies to translate machine learning models and data processing methods into software.
• Technology advocate for long and short range investments with ability to network with research groups and academic institutes
• Skilled in programming, testing, debugging, documentation and/or deployment of the solution/products.
• Good to have knowledge on MLOps to enable scaled/POR integration, deployment, adoption and support.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in relational database structures, research methods, machine learning, deep learning and AI.
• Has advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Optimization, Operation Research, Statistics or equivalent.
• Has strong understanding of manufacturing business segment stakeholders and possess strong written and communication skills .
• Deep expertise in Scripting, Python, Tensorflow, SQL queries, and related software
• Ability to build data ingestion libraries from heterogeneous data sources including MS SQL, Excel, Oracle, Json, Teradata, etc.
