Where you fit in
The Health Programmes Development team will be a highly collaborative, data driven and outcome focused group providing the needed interventions and programmes required by the function to play its part in the achievement of the strategic ambitions of the company – Powering Healthier Lives.

This role will bring expertise in psychology/behavioural science/social marketing to the programmes development team with priority given to working in offices/SBOs/ Working from home.

The group will maintain a robust scanning system for new threats and opportunities related to the health of employees and health implications of business activities

What's the role?
Leverage subject matter expertise to improve the penetration and effectiveness of health interventions and programmes and especially those targeted at hard-to-reach groups.

Develop programmes tailored to advancing the understanding of employee behaviours and associated factors that impact on health outcomes.
Collaborate with HF colleague and other team members to further advance the HP&C toolbox.

Develop awareness raising and capacity building programmes related to the value of behavioural sciences in improving performance in the office and while working from home.

What we need from you

  • MSc in a relevant Behavioural Science subject
  • Significant field experience of implementing behavioural change programmes post qualification in diverse settings.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge and expertise in understanding, interpreting and communicating evidence to support decision making and or development of interventions.
  • Able to prioritize and shows courage to identify improvement opportunities and challenge lower value work.
  • Continuously looks for opportunities to learn from and leverage best practices
